Cancelation possible with a full refund until the package is shipped. If package has been shipped cancelation is no longer possible and return policy applies instead. Please, contact us via e-mail with your order number if you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returns are covered by the buyer. Upon receiving your returned package you will be refunded for the price of items returned (price you paid minus the shipping cost). Partial returns are possible. Items needn't be in the original packaging but you will be refunded only for the items that we receive undamaged. Please, e-mail us with your order number if you wish to arrange a return.

If you want all pins in gold: select gold metal variant for the bulk item
If you want all pins in silver: select silver metal variant for the bulk item
If you want both silver and gold pins: select mix variant for the bulk item and make sure to say which kind of metallic variant you want.

e.g. if you want to order one gold pridelobite, one silver translobite, and one silver GQlobite select the "3 for £20" item and write in the check out note "gold pridelobite, silver translobite, silver gqlobite"
